The key products within our flood Prevention systems include Leak Informer, Wi-fi enabled smart flood prevention devices that offer easy set-up, App control, multiple remote sensors and instant leak event notification to the customers phone.

Z-Wave products from several leading brands that each have their own specialties within the Z-Wave radio protocol, however, they all achieve their primary mission of detecting leaks and shutting off the water to prevent property damage.

The Leak Informer Wi-Fi System for individual homes is a standard package that include a Shut off valve (typically 3/4" or a 1" valve) two remote Wi-fi sensors that run on 2 AAA batteries. (Included). Any number of extra remote sensors can be added to the system.  

Leak Informer has easy on/off capabilities via the Smart Life app or manually on the device.

It also requires no Gateway device to operate and pairs quickly and easily with the homes Wi-fi. signal.

Leak Informer includes a 3-year warranty.

The Z-Wave systems offer similar shut off valves and remote sensors that operate through a hub device connected directly to a internet router. 

The cellular dialer system allows Leak Detection devices to communicate a leak event to the customer and is particularly useful in remote locations where internet may not be available.

We also offer a non communication connected device Leak Alarm. a highly reliable and affordable easy-to-use, point-of-use flood prevention tool that is ideal for situations whereby no notification or App control is necessary. Best used in Apartments, or home rentals, to prevent leaks from becoming floods.

Leak Alarm is easy to install and is available with two sensors, making it a convenient solution for homeowners, especially for those with Attic installed Water Heaters. Leak Alarm is powered by a 5V power cube with up to a 25 feet cable reach for attic or basement installations where power availability may be some distance away and also by a back up of 4 x AA batteries (included)

In the event of a leak the device emits a loud alarm sound, and the valve immediately shuts off the water, thus preventing water damage. Leak Alarm has a 3 Year Warranty.

 In addition to Leak Detection Devices we also provide Z-Wave Water Meter Readers that can report water usage on a regular schedule. They can also be paired with the cellular dialers to report water usage from remote locations.

The Titan Z-Wave Actuator is a mounted device which manually closes an existing ball valve through the use of the Z-Wave system. It can function on water lines or gas lines.

Our proprietary Behind- the -Wall Leak Detection device is an early detector of yet unseen leaks or in unmonitored spaces. It is custom built to accommodate each particular situation and can be paired with any of the Leak Detection systems we offer. In that same vane, we also can customize a pipe collar that can capture any water leaking from a pipe or pipe joint and send an alert to the system monitor.

 The COACH4 Gas Alarm provides the ability to monitor and detect combustible gases and Carbon Monoxide emissions and provides a digital display of the PPM levels. It will sound an Alarm and can shut off the gas supply before gas levels become critical.

It also sounds an Alarm immediately at <5% LEL and shuts off the gas supply.

The Home Safe Wi-Fi Gas detector is ideal for kitchen, basement, or attic locations where gas appliances may be located. It monitors natural gas, biogas, and methane, and provides a loud alarm, a digital display, a voice alarm, it can also communicate with a WI-FI valve actuator to shut off the gas supply if needed, and will notify the property owner through an alert on their smart phone via the Smart Life APP.
